Before we begin.....

You can claim in one of two ways:

1) If you have a printer

You can download the forms straight away and get your claim rolling! Simply follow the instructions on how to download, print and complete the forms. Then send them back to the FREEPOST address provided.

2) Claim Online

We collect from you all the details we need, print the forms and send them to you for signature together with a FREEPOST envelope for you to return them to us. If you wish to claim online you'll need to make sure you have the following details handy:

	For a Bank Account Claim - your bank account number, sort code, bank name and account name
	For a Credit Card Claim - Your Card number and Card Name
	For an Endowment Claim - your policy number, who sold you the policy and which insurance company your policy is with
